Dan or Justy

Our life on the road has a relaxed pace. We stop whenever we feel like it to allow Justy to take pictures. Occasionally I'll shoot video, but mostly I'll just stand around, scratch my ass and enjoy not having to do or say or be anything.

We got tropical ice cream. I had mango, but Justy had the quadruple-header of mango, raspberry, soursop and wattleseed. The last 2 are local. Soursop looks like large nubby football. That or an alien seed pod from Star Trek. Maybe more the latter. Wattleseed doesn't even look like a plant. Maybe something that used to be a plant, but got tired and couldn't fight off the many forces trying to corrupt life.

Both were delicious, by the way.

And speaking of mangos, there's a winery that claims to be the first Mango Winery. The orchard is a huge place, but the winery is just a relatively new venture. Like most other winerys here in Australia, they make a sparkling wine.

We had dinner in a small town called Mareeba. Chatted with some cheeky truckers. A very easy day.
